ANNAPOLIS, Md. – Graduate student Sarah Houle shot the second-best round of any player on Sunday at the Navy Fall Invitational to surge to her third-straight top-five of the fall at the Naval Academy Golf Course.
 
Houle fired a 1-over 73 in the final round after a 78 on Saturday. She finished with a 7-over 151, which was good for a share of fourth place. She posted five birdies on Sunday in carding the fourth-best round of any player over the two-day event. Houle led all players in par-4 scoring at 1-under and her seven birdies were tied for the tournament lead.
 
Earning a top-5 finish in each of the first three tournaments this season, Houle moved into seventh on the Tribe's career top-5 (7) and top-10 lists (11). Her three top-5 performances this season ranks 10th on the Tribe's single-season list.
 
As a team, the Tribe improved two strokes over its Saturday round to move up two spots on Sunday. W&M finished 10th at 642 (+66) after shooting a 320 (+32).
 
Freshman Grace Lu carded her best round on Sunday with a 78 (+6) to earn a share of 25th at 160 (+16). She tallied a trio of birdies in her Sunday round.
