BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Led by a pair of top-five individual finishes, the William & Mary men's golf team placed third at the Lehigh Invitational on Saturday.
Harvard claimed the team title with a +10 (586), while Siena +12 (588) and W&M +16 (592) rounded out the top three. The Tribe shot a 297 (+9) to close out the tournament, while Harvard posted the low round of the day with a 290 (+2).
Freshman
Logan Hunter (146) and senior
Matthew Feinstein (146) highlighted the Tribe's individual performances by tying for fifth at +2. Feinstein posted a team-best 72 (E) on Saturday with a card that included five birdies.
Junior
Jimmy Taylor recorded his best finish of the fall, as he shot a 73 (+1) in the final round, and a 149 (+5) overall to end the tournament tied for 10
th place.
Junior
Trevor Binau and graduate student Ethan Magnum both ended the tournament tied for 29
th overall with a 154 (+10).
