- W&M and Hofstra meet for the 44th time in series history on Friday morning. The Pride leads the all-time series 30-13-1, including a 16-2-1 mark at home. However, the Tribe swept the regular-season series last year including a 60-55 win at Hofstra.

- In two of the last three games, W&M has scored at least 80 points. The Tribe set a season-high 83 points against Towson on Jan. 5, before resetting it with 85 against Charleston on Jan. 12. The Green and Gold has now eclipsed the 80-point clip going 16-2 in those contests.

 - W&M freshman Bre Bellamy was named the CAA's Rookie of the Week for the third time after scoring five points, grabbing six rebounds, handing out four assists, two steals in a block in the comeback win at George Washington. The freshman is now just one behind the school record for rookie of the week awards set by current sophomore Eva Hodgson, the school's all-time leading scorer Kyra Kaylor and Dominique Lewis, who each have four.

- The Tribe has also been honored by the CAA with four weekly awards and an honorable mention citation so far this season. Aside from Bellamy's three weekly honors, senior Victoria Reynolds was named the CAA Player of the Week for the week of Dec. 9, while sophomore Eva Hodgson earned honorable mention player of the week honors for the week of Nov. 25.

 - For the ninth time in under head coach Ed Swanson, W&M shot better than 55% in a contest, including setting the school record of 64.3% last March against Northeastern, when it shot 58% against Charleston. The Tribe's 58.3% field goal percentage at VCU, the season-high, ranks tied for seventh under Swanson and is the seventh-best in school history. For the season, the Tribe is shooting 45%, which is tops in the CAA and ranks 37th nationally.

- Because of its strong field goal percentage, W&M has also been scoring the ball at a high clip. The Tribe has scored, at least, 70 points in nine of its 16 contests this year, and only less than 60 twice. The Green and Gold is averaging 70.9 points per game this season, which leads the CAA.

 - Following her CAA Rookie of the Year honor last season, sophomore Eva Hodgson has picked up where she left off and has been the Tribe's leading scorer in all but two games. After scoring the most points in the Division I era in a season opener (27), Hodgson reset her career-high with 29 points at Richmond. She is averaging 18.9 points per game, 4.1 rebounds, and 4.3 assists. Hodgson's 18.9 points per game is good for third in the CAA and 31st nationally, while she is leading the conference and ranked 46th in the NCAA in field goal percentage at 54.5%. The sophomore has been in double-figures in 16 straight games, which is tied for the third-longest streak in school history, dating back to last year and has six 20-point performances this year.

 - Starting with her third career double-double at ECU, senior Victoria Reynolds has been in double-figures in 11 of the last 13 games. During the last nine games, Reynolds is averaging 16.3 points a game, including three 20-point performances, while she has grabbed at least five boards in all but two games during that stretch. A Preseason All-CAA Honorable Mention selection, Reynolds is second on the team averaging 15.1 points per game and leads the team with 5.7 rebounds a night. She has been in double-figures in 50 career games and has scored 1,016 career points.

 - Freshman Bre Bellamy, who has won three CAA Rookie of the Weeks, became the third straight true freshman to earn an opening night start at Army in the opener. During coach Swanson's tenure with the Tribe, he has started at least one true freshman in five of the seven seasons he has been the coach. The rookie, who has gone on to start every game this season, has been in double-figures five times, including a career-high 16 points at Towson, and is averaging 6.3 points, 3.7 rebounds, 1.2 steals and 0.6 blocks per game.

- Junior Bailey Eichner has enjoyed her enhanced role during her junior campaign and is off to a career start. Eichner first scored a career-high 11 points in the win at East Carolina, before adding a career-high nine rebounds at George Washington. Also against ODU, Eichner tied or set career-highs with three assists, three steals, and four blocks. The Cudahy, Wisc. native has been the first Tribe post player off of the bench in each contest, and in her new role is averaging 3.1 points, 5.3 rebounds, 1.1 assists, 0.8 steals, and 0.9 blocks per game. More impressively, Eichner is averaging 13.3 rebounds per 40 minute game.

- W&M head coach Ed Swanson became the 69th head coach in Division I history to win his 500th career game against Hartford on Nov. 23. Now at 506 wins, Swanson ranks as the 33rd active head coach in the country in terms of wins. With the win against Charleston, he became the third head coach at W&M to win 100 games with the Tribe.
