2017 Tribe Football Home Games Broadcast Information

WILLIAMSBURG, Va. (Sept. 1, 2017)—William & Mary football fans unable to attend Tribe home games this fall will be able to follow all the exciting action live via multiple digital platforms during the 2017 season.

Live video of W&M's first four home games will be streamed for free in HD via TribeAthletics.com, while the matchup against Towson will be featured as the CAA Game of the Week and available on College Sports Live online (collegesportslive.com), as well as on the College Sports Live mobile app. Direct links to all Tribe Athletics broadcasts are provided on game day through various social media channels, including @WMTribeFootball, or by clicking the video link on the team's schedule page.

The Tribe Athletics Department is excited to announce an exclusive linear broadcast partnership with Cox Communications in Virginia for the Tribe's Homecoming matchup with James Madison on Oct. 21. The game will be available throughout Hampton Roads on Yurview Virginia, Cox's channel 1011, while additional outlets include Fairfax County (1074), Fredericksburg (1077) and Roanoke (1009). Other markets will also be included and will be announced closer to game day.

Games streamed via TribeAthletics.com will be part of the extensive CAA.TV broadcast lineup that allows fans to watch with custom applications on Roku, Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV and Android TV. The apps provide a seamless way to access content directly to a user's television – with no need to "relay" or "cast" the stream from tablets, phones or desktop computers. Users can access the content simply by searching for "CAA" on the app interfaces on any of the compatible platforms, and then downloading the free CAA.TV app. Using the professionally-designed, intuitive interface, fans can easily view a conference-wide schedule of live, upcoming and on-demand broadcasts – or filter by a specific school. Information about the platforms and compatible devices are available below.

College Sports Live is a streaming service from CBS Sports Digital offering subscribers the ability to watch and listen to more than 10,000 live events from top universities and conferences across the country. It is the most comprehensive collegiate sports streaming service available covering more than 30 sports.

Fans can also listen to live broadcasts of all 11 games this season on the Tribe's flagship stations 92.3 FM The Tide and 107.9 Bach FM, while a live audio stream will be available at TribeAthletics.com.

W&M broadcasts will feature a new member this season, as former Tribe All-American and 16-year NFL veteran Mike Leach '00 will join longtime play-by-play announcer Jay Colley and Senior Assistant Athletics Director for Public Affairs Pete Clawson in the radio booth. Colley will continue to handle play-by-play duties, while Clawson and Leach will provide expert analysis and commentary.

Leach joins the broadcast team after a remarkable 16-year NFL career as a long snapper and tight end with the Arizona Cardinals, Denver Broncos and Tennessee Titans. While at W&M, Leach earned first-team Walter Camp All-America honors as a tight end during his senior season after garnering second-team All-America accolades from the Associated Press as a junior.
