Opening Tip
The William &  Mary women's basketball returns to action as they look to snap a three-game skid when they host three-time defending Colonial Athletic Association champion James Madison in the first-ever Golden Game at Kaplan Arena on Sunday, Jan. 29. Last Time Out
The William & Mary women's basketball team dropped a 68-54 decision to Delaware inside Kaplan Arena on Friday night. The Blue Hens (11-8, 5-3 CAA), who won their fourth straight, used a strong first quarter to take control, and each time the Tribe (13-5, 3-4) drew closer, including within five just 30 seconds into the fourth quarter, UD found the answer. Senior Marlena Tremba led the Tribe with 16 points on 4-of-9 from 3-point range, while classmate Alexandra Masaquel added 10 points and a team-best six rebounds. Sophomore Bianca Boggs chipped in nine points for the Green and Gold.

Series History

It is the first of two meetings as W&M makes the return trip to Harrisonburg on Sunday, Feb. 26 in a game that will air on the American Sports Network. The Dukes lead the all-time series by a 67-16 mark, but the team's split the season series a year ago. Tipoff is set for 7 p.m. The College then treks to Hofstra for a Super Sunday matchup against the Pride on Sunday, Feb. 5. That game tips at 2 p.m.
