Last Time Out
The William & Mary women's basketball team raced out to a commanding lead on the way to its eighth-straight win, downing Mount St. Mary's, 68-46, at Kaplan Arena on Sunday afternoon. The Tribe used a dominating first quarter and never looked back. W&M shot a sizzling 73.3-percent in the first 10 minutes and limited the Mount to just 2-of-12 with six turnovers in jumping out to the 22-point cushion. Senior

Alexandra Masaquel posted her 13th career double-double with 12 points and 10 rebounds to go with a team-high five assists. She is tied for ninth in W&M history with 13 double-doubles. Junior

Scouting the Red Flash
St. Francis enters Tuesday's contest looking to snap a three-game skid as they head to Williamsburg for the first-ever time. The Red Flash enters the matchup with a 3-7 mark. SFU likes to score the basketball and averages 82.2 points per game. Jessica Kovatch leads three players in double-figures with 20.9 points per game. Ace Harrison is second on the team averaging 15.8 points per game, while Katie Reese has posted 14.3 points a night. The Red Flash is averaging 38.8 rebounds per game. Harrison averages a double-double as she brings down 10.4 rebounds a contest. Halee Adams is second on the squad with 5.4 rebounds. Joe Haigh is in his fourth season as the head man at St. Francis. He owns a 38-64 record in his time in Loretto.
Series History
The Green and Gold will meet St. Francis for the fourth time in series history on Tuesday night. The series is deadlocked at 2-2, but this will be the first time in series history that St. Francis will venture to Williamsburg. St. Francis picked up a 70-66 victory in the last meeting on Dec. 21, 1998 in Fairfax, Va.
The Road Ahead
W&M closes its three-game homestand and non-conference play on Wednesday, Dec. 28 when they welcome East Carolina. Tip time is set for 7 PM. The Tribe opens 2017 and CAA play as they travel to Delaware on Monday, Jan. 2. Tipoff is set for 3 p.m.
Sister, Sister
Tonight will be a special night for the Smith family as sisters Chandler and Cydney, who is a redshirt junior at St. Francis, square off for the first time in their collegiate career. The duo has a third sister, Tyler, who wrapped up her playing career at UNC Asheville last year.
The Century Mark
With a start or an appearance tonight by senior
Marlena Tremba, she will appear in her 100th career game as a member of the Tribe. She has seen action in every game over her three plus seasons. The Vienna, Virginia becomes the fifth Tribe player in the last four season to play 100 career games.
500 Club

Alexandra Masaquel will become just the 21st player in W&M women's basketball history to record her 500th career rebound. For her career the senior has grabbed 172 offensive boards and 324 defensive rebounds for 6.1 per game.
