WILLIAMSBURG, Va.
(March 18, 2013) - The William and Mary football team will be back on the
practice field this afternoon for its third practice of the spring.
Today's spring practice update features the linebackers. Rising
sophomore linebacker Luke Rhodes recently sat down with TribeAthletics.com to
discuss his offseason preparation as well as life off the field.
Below is a quick look at the Tribe's spring two-deep at the
linebackers.
Defensive Coordinator / Linebackers Coach Scott Boone:
"We return a core of starters with a good deal of game
experience, as Luke Rhodes and Airek Green have been starters, while Quincey
September has been a key reserve. We
also have talented depth, but it is young and hasn't seen much game action.
Luke and Airek are athletic and physical on the inside, while we will have
explosive talent at the outside position."
