On the mound, Tribe starter

At the plate, seven Tribe players recorded RBIs, highlighted by sophomore
Sean Aiken, who went 4-for-4 with four RBIs, all career-highs.
In the first inning, the Tribe jumped on the Bobcats early. After three straight walks to open the game, sophomore
Chris Forsten plated the game's first run with a single through the left side. Following Forsten, both freshman
Ryan Williams and senior
Chris Jensen were hit by pitches to earn RBIs, while junior
Jonathan Slattery drew a walk to plate another run for the College. After Slattery, sophomore
Sean Aiken singled up the middle, bringing to the plate both Williams and Jensen to bring W&M's advantage to 6-0 after the first inning.
In the third inning, the Green and Gold would add to their lead. After Jensen was hit by a pitch for the second time in two at-bats, Aiken drove in his third run of the game with a single down the third base line, pushing the Tribe's lead to 7-0.
The College would again add to its lead in the next inning when sophomore
Tadd Bower notched his 20th RBI of the season, driving home freshman
Ryan Brown to make the Tribe lead 8-0.
In the fifth inning, Aiken would add to his career day at the plate, blasting an RBI single through the left side, scoring Jensen who got on base after getting hit by a pitch for the third consecutive at bat. After five innings, the Tribe held a 9-0 lead over Quinnipiac.
After scoreless sixth, the Tribe added another run in the seventh. Four batters in to the inning, freshman
Derek Lowe plated junior
Kevin Alas with a single up the middle, making the Tribe lead 10-0 after seven.
