Campbell spent the 2005 training camp with the Browns but was released prior to the regular season. He resigned a reserve/futures contract with the Browns in Janurary and was allocated to NFL Europe, where he will be a teammate of former W&M standout wide receiver Rich Musinski on the Berlin Thunder.

Musinski had a brief stint in the 2005 New England Patriots' training camp and was also later resigned to a reserve/future contract by the Patriots in January. Musinski ('04) was originally signed by the Tennessee Titans as an undrafted free agent on April 26, 2004. The 5-foot-11-inch, 199-pound receiver played in three preseason games for the Titans in 2004 and recorded one reception for five yards. He was released by Tennessee in the final preseason roster cuts on Sept. 5, 2004, before joining the Nashville Kats of the Arena Football League.
