Tribe Trio Earns CSC Academic All-District Honors

WILLIAMSBURG, Va. - A trio of William & Mary men's basketball students were named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District team, the organization announced on Tuesday. Juniors Reese Miller, Kilian Brockhoff, and Tunde Vahlberg Fasasi excelled on the court and in the classroom during the 2025-26 season.
 
The 2025-26 Academic All-District® Men's Basketball Team, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes tennis honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA — for each gender.
 
To be nominated, a student-athlete must be a starter or important reserve with at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) and be at least a sophomore academically and athletically. Student-athletes must compete in 90 percent of the institution's games played OR must start in at least 66 percent of the institution's games. Each institution is limited to four nominees for basketball.

Kilian Brockhoff | Junior | Cuxhaven, Germany
Started 31 of 32 games and averaged 10.7 points, 3.6 rebounds, and 2.1 assists per game …  Scored a career-high 28 points in the Tribe's win over eventual CAA Champion Hofstra (1/24) … Connected on eight 3-pointers against the Pride, which ranks third  in W&M history … Led W&M with four 20-point games, including 21 in a win over Northeastern (2/26) … Ranked 15th in the CAA in blocks (0.8) … Named to the CAA Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll following the fall semester … Majoring in International Relations.
 
Reese Miller | Junior | Round Rock, Texas
Led the Tribe in scoring off the bench at 12.1 points per game, which also ranked 21st in the CAA … Was even better in CAA play at 12.5 points per game … Ranked 20th in the CAA in assists (2.5) and 23rd in 3-pointers made (1.4) … Scored a season-high 26 points on the road at Campbell (2/19) … Scored his 1,000th career point in the Tribe's win over Hampton (3/3) … Tallied 23 points the road in a W&M's win at CAA regular-season champion UNCW (2/5) … Named to the CAA Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll following the fall semester … Majoring in Economics.
 
Tunde Vahlberg Fasasi | Junior | Stockholm, Sweden
Started 31 of 32 games and ranked 22nd in the CAA in scoring at 11.9 points per game … Also ranked 10th in the league in steals (1.2), 14th in blocks (0.8), 17th in 3-pointers made (1.6), and 18th in assists (2.5) … Led the Tribe with 20 games in double figures, including four of 20 or more points … Led the Tribe to a CAA Quarterfinal win over Elon with a career-high tying 25 points vs. Elon (3/7), hitting 5-of-7 from 3 … Scored 25 points on 10-of-19 shooting in W&M's victory over Old Dominion (11/30) … Led the Tribe with 50 made 3-pointers and 35% shooting from distance … Named to the CAA Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll with high honors following the fall semester … Majoring in Finance.
