Brian Earl announced the addition of 12 players to the Tribe roster for the 2026-27 season.
Graduate students Josh Baldwin (Everett, Mass. / Belmont Hills/ Cornell) and Tre Blassingame (Auburn, Wash. / Auburn / Idaho); juniors Nilavan Daniels (St. Louis, Mo. / Link Year Prep / Providence), Stas Sivka (Celje, Slovenia / George Mason), John Roland Jr. (Coral Springs, Fla. / Coral Glades / Lynn), and Brian Carter Jr. (Memphis, Tenn./Ridgeway/Walters State), sophomores ZZ Clark (Los Angeles, Calif. / DNA Prep Academy / UCSB), Jayden Forsythe (Brooklyn, N.Y. / Westtown School (Pa.) / West Virginia), Jesse McIntosh (Melbourne, Australia / Ivanhoe Grammar / South Dakota), Will Feagles (Notre Dame Prep / Pima CC), and Gavin Ward (James Island, S.C. / James Island / USC Salkehatchie); and freshman Nick Byrd (Hopewell, Va. / Hopewell / S3 Academy) joined the Tribe.
"We are excited about the mix of players coming into the program," Earl said. "First and foremost, this group will be great representatives of the program in the classroom and the community. On the court, we feel like this group really fits the style of play. I have to give a lot of credit to my staff - Jimmy (Fenerty), Max (Ginsberg), Alex (Mumphard), and Marcus (Filien) - for all the hard work they put into assembling this group."

Played in 55 games with 14 starts over his career at Cornell, averaging 4.9 points, 2.7 rebounds, and 1.9 assists per game … Started 13 of 26 games in 2025-26, posting a stat line of 7.4 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 3.2 assists per game … Ranked ninth in the Ivy League in assists per game last season … Recorded a 19-point, 10-rebound double-double in a road win at Columbia in 2026 … Earned Ivy League Rookie of the Week after scoring eight points in a win over Brown in 2023.

Spent last three years at Idaho after playing freshman year at Fairleigh Dickinson in 2022-23 … Appeared in 66 games with 23 starts over his two seasons of competition at Idaho … Averaged four points and 2.4 rebounds per game during his Vandal career … Shot 39% from 3-point range over those two seasons, knocking down 48 triples … Helped Idaho to the Big Sky Championship in 2026, scoring 10 points and adding three rebounds in 26 minutes off the bench in the tile game win over Montana.

Spent his senior season at S3 Academy in Petersburg, Va. after playing his first three high school season at Hopewell … Capped his career being named to the South Team at the 804 All-Star Game and won the 3-point contest at the event … Averaged 14.9 points, 4.4 rebounds, 4.8 assists, 2.1 steals per game as a junior at Hopewell, leading the team to a 23-3 record, including a 13-0 mark in the region … Ranked 19th in the state of Virginia in assists per game (4.8) and 20th in 3-pointers made (69) … Played for Team Loaded AAU.

Played in 20 games, averaging 17.6 minutes per game, in 2025-26 for South Dakota … Averaged 7.5 points, 3.5 rebounds, and 1.4 assists per game … Poured in 15 points on 6-of-13 shooting, including 3-of-6 from 3, at Big 12 foe Kansas State (12/20) … Represented Australia and helped the U18 national team to the Asian Cup title ... Played for Victoria for seven years and averaged 17 points and 11 rebounds at the U20 Nationals ... Was a training player for Melbourne United, a NBL team in Australia.

Played two seasons at Division II Lynn University … Named to the All-Sunshine State Conference Second Team as well as the league's all-defensive team in 2026 … Averaged 13.9 points and 9.0 rebounds per game last season … Shot 59.3% from the field, which ranked 22nd nationally, 50% (27-of-54) from 3-point range and 70.8% at the free throw line as a sophomore … Ranked fourth in Division II at 4.46 offensive rebounds per game and 24th overall in rebounding … Recorded 10 double-doubles, the third-most in the SSC and among the top totals nationally in 2025-26.

Played two seasons at Geroge Mason, which advanced to the NIT in each of his two years … Appeared in 29 games with two starts in 2025-26, averaging 11 minutes per game … Posted season averages of 2.3 points and 1.4 rebounds per game … Scored a season-high 17 points and added six rebounds, two assists, two steals, and a blocked shot vs. Rhode Island in 2026 … Suited up for two seasons with BC Rogaska in the Pro-A Slovenian league and represented Slovenia as a member of its U20 national team in 2023.

Named to the NJCAA All-Region 10 Second Team … Started all 29 games for USC Salkehatchie in 2025-26 … Averaged 17.8 points, 7.1 rebounds, 2.3 assists, 2.3 steals, and a blocked shot per game … Shot 51.6% (190-of-368) from the field, including 42.3% (69-of-163) from 3-point range, and 83.5% (66-of-79) at the free throw line … Named All-State as a senior in high school at James Island.
