WILLIAMSBURG, Va. — The William & Mary baseball team will begin CAA play with a three-game series at North Carolina A&T this weekend. The action will get underway from War Memorial Stadium in Greensboro, N.C. on Friday at 6 p.m. Saturday's game is scheduled for a 2 p.m. start, with the series finale slated for Sunday at 1 p.m.

LAST TIME OUT
William & Mary returned to the win column as they took down neighboring rival Old Dominion 10-8 on Wednesday at Plumeri. The Tribe had a balanced offensive attack with all nine starters recording a hit. INF

OFFENSE IS CLICKING
The Tribe's 11 hits vs. Old Dominion marked the team's third straight game with double-digit hits. W&M continues to lead the CAA in batting average (.316), hits (219), runs (158), and triples (seven). They also rank second in on-base percentage (.404) and slugging (448).
HITTIN' STREAKS

Lucas Carmichael are working on identical seven-game hitting streaks. Parker is batting .500 (16-for-32) with 11 RBI over his last seven contests. Carmichael has seven base knocks over his last three games, boosting his average to .373. The tandem ranks first and second, respectively, in the CAA in total hits.
SAVED BY Z-BO
Boyd got his first career save in the win over ODU. The freshman from Richmond, Va. struck out four and retired all eight batters he faced, negating a bases-loaded jam in the seventh to carry W&M across the finish line.
CLEAN FIELDING
The Tribe has shown steady improvement on the defensive end, posting a .973 fielding percentage in its last five games. Before that, W&M had a .913 fielding percentage.
ROAD WEARY
This series will mark the end of a stretch where the Tribe plays 10 of 13 games on the road. After that, W&M returns to Plumeri Park for seven straight home games, starting with a conference series against Hofstra (March 28-30).
