WILLIAMSBURG, Va. — The William & Mary baseball team will pay a visit to East Carolina for a three-game series in Greenville, N.C. this weekend. First pitch times are scheduled for Friday at 6 p.m., Saturday at 4 p.m., and Sunday at 1 p.m. All games will be streamed on ESPN+.

The Tribe snapped its nine-game losing skid with a dominant 18-1 win over Princeton on Wednesday. OF
Charlie Iriotakis led the explosion, going 3-for-5 with a career-high five RBI and his first career homer, a three-run blast in the eighth. OF
Ben Parker went 3-for-6 with two RBI, while INF
Jamie Laskofski had a 3-for-6 day in his return to the lineup. The Tribe pounded out a season-high 18 hits and played error-free baseball for the second time this year. It was W&M's largest margin of victory (17) since beating Elon 20-1 on May 4, 2024.
ALL HANDS ON DECK
The pitching trio of
Chad Yates,
Nick Lottchea, and
Zach Boyd combined to hold Princeton to one run and five hits in Wednesday's victory. Lottchea was the pitcher of record, tossing three scoreless innings with three strikeouts. Yates struck out five batters over four innings, allowing one run in his start. Boyd closed things out with two shutout frames as the Tribe held Princeton scoreless over the final eight innings. The one run surrendered was a season-low for W&M.

Anthony Greco has reached base safely in 12 consecutive plate appearances. He's done so with four hits, four walks, and four HBPs. The sophomore from Buffalo, N.Y. also extended his on-base streak to begin the year to 16 games, and hit his first home run of the year on Tuesday vs. Princeton. In his last 10 games, Greco is slashing .393/.595/.607.

Christian Rush is working a career-long nine-game hitting streak that dates back to Feb. 28. Rush leads the CAA in homers (six), RBI (21), and total bases (43).
LEADOFF LARRY
Since being slotted into the leadoff spot on March 9, Parker is hitting 8-for-15 with two homers and six RBI. The Los Altos, Calif. native has posted three straight multi-RBI games, and paces the CAA in hits (25) and runs (36).
NATIONAL LEADERBOARDS
As a team, the Tribe ranks 29th in Division I in batting average (.317), 57th in runs (134), and 23rd in triples (seven). All those figures lead the conference.
STAT NUGGETS
- INF Owen Wilson has a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage in 17 chances at shortstop. He made six putouts in game two against Princeton.
- With another four hits in the Princeton series, UTL Derek Holmes is now hitting a team-high .420 with an OPS over 1.000. He is 8-for-15 with five RBI in his last five contests.
- Holmes also has four straight games with a hit and RBI.
- OF Lucas Carmichael has nine hits in his last 10 games.
- RHP Carter Lovasz ranks fourth in the CAA in strikeouts (24) and second in K/9 (11.78), the latter ranking top-100 in the country.
- C Charlie Felmlee recorded his first career plate appearance on Wednesday as he drew an eighth-inning walk.
