Box Score GREENSBORO, NC- William & Mary dropped a back and forth 8-7 contest to North Carolina A&T Saturday evening in Greensboro. Ben Williamson hit a solo shot in the first, and Jerry Barnes hit a home run for the second consecutive game, adding a double and three runs batted in. 
 
Starter Casey Green retired all six men he faced in his second outing of the season. The righty tossed two scoreless innings and had one punchout. Cory Wall picked up the loss, allowing just one run and striking out three in 3.0 innings of relief. 
 
William & Mary wasted no time on Saturday, jumping on the Aggies for three in the first. Williamson deposited a solo shot over the wall on a 3-1 pitch to open the scoring, and moments later Barnes launched his second homer in as many days, a two-run shot to give the Green and Gold a three-run lead. 
 
Green preserved the lead for a pair of innings, but the Aggies roared back in the third to take the lead. NC A&T took advantage of four singles and a bases clearing triple to make it 5-3 home team. A pair of singles would add another run to the Aggies' lead in the fourth. 
 
A two-out rally got the lead back for the Tribe in the fifth as Nate Goranson singled and scored on a double down the left line from Tank Yaghoubi. A double from Barnes would plate Yaghoubi and make it a one-run game. Joe Delossantos would tie the game with a triple and score the go-ahead run as Corey Adams singled him home. 
 
North Carolina A&T tied the game up on an unearned run in the bottom half of the fifth. Each bullpen would silence the offenses, until a leadoff homer from A&T gave the Aggies the 8-7 edge in the eighth. 
 
Williamson would single with an out in the ninth and advance to second, but the Tribe could not push the tying run across.
