WILLIAMSBURG, Va. — With just three regular-season games remaining, the No. 24 William & Mary football team will continue its push for a postseason bid when it travels to No. 23 UAlbany on Saturday at 1 p.m.
The game will be available with a

W&M snapped a three-game losing streak with a thrilling 31-28 victory against Monmouth last Saturday. The Tribe posted one of its best offensive performances of the season and totaled 438 total yards and a season-high 283 yards through the air. Running back
Malachi Imoh continued his impressive play and rushed for 112 yards on 15 carries, marking the fifth time in the last six games he has eclipsed 100 yards on the ground. The Tribe's defense continues to rank among the nation's best and is third in passing defense (143.8), seventh in third down defense (.305), eighth in total defense (284.6) and 10th in scoring defense (17.9).
Ranked No. 23 nationally, UAlbany enters Saturday's game having won five of its last six games and owns a 6-3 overall record and a 4-1 mark in conference play. The Great Danes boast one of the country's best rush defenses and rank fourth nationally (86.2). Additionally, UA's defense ranks fourth nationally in turnovers generated (18) and 10th in sacks per game (2.89). Anton Juncaj ranks among the top 10 nationally in sacks () and TFL (), while quarterback Reese Poffenbarger is averaging 240.1 passing yards per game with 22 touchdown passes.
Saturday's game will mark just the fourth meeting between W&M and UAlbany, as the Tribe owns a 2-1 edge. All three contests have been decided by a single score, and each team is unbeaten at home. The Tribe won the most recent matchup, 31-24, on Oct. 9, 2021.
