WILLIAMSBURG, Va. — William & Mary women's soccer hits the road for a pair of key Colonial Athletic Association matches in the race for one of the six league tournament spots. The Tribe travels to Towson on Thursday at 7 p.m., before heading to Elon on Sunday afternoon at 1 p.m. The matches will be streamed on FloFC.

All three teams enter the week in a share of fifth in the CAA standing with nine points. Both the Tribe and Tigers at 2-1-3 in the league, while Elon is 3-3. The top six in the league standings earn a spot in the CAA Championship with the top two seeds hosting the quarterfinals and semifinals.

After having its six-match unbeaten streak snapped in a narrow 3-2 setback to Northeastern, the Tribe picked up a 2-2 draw with Monmouth on Sunday. Junior Kenna Zier scored for the third match in a row to give W&M the early lead against the Hawks, while freshman Ivey Crain added the second goal. Both Zier and Crain recorded a goal and an assist against Monmouth. For her efforts, Zier was voted the W&M Student-Athlete of the Week presented by the Virginia Lottery.
