WILLIAMSBURG, Va. – Women's soccer junior Kenna Zier was named the William & Mary Student-Athlete of the Week presented by the Virginia Lottery on Tuesday.

Zier was voted as this week's award winner by the Tribe fanbase via social media polls on both the @TribeAthletics Twitter and Instagram accounts. Men's golfer Charlie Bundy, football running back Bronson Yoder and volleyball's Anna Porter were also honored as finalists for the weekly award. It marks the third time this fall that a women's soccer player has won the award.

Zier scored in both the Tribe matches this week and has scored a goal in each of her last three contests. After scoring in the second half against Northeastern on Thursday, Zier tallied a goal and an assist in W&M's 2-2 draw with Monmouth on Sunday.

Zier ranks third on the team in both goals (3) and points (9). In CAA games, she ranks fourth in the league in goals (3) and eighth in points (7).

A kinesiology major, Zier is a two-time W&M Provost Award winner and has been selected to the CAA Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll during each of her seasons on campus.
