While no announcement has been made regarding attendance at sporting events, William & Mary Athletics continues to plan to welcome fans back to our athletics venues in the fall of 2021. Capacity restrictions will be determined in accordance with state, local and university guidance. Our staff has been working hard to implement new initiatives designed to provide the safest and most enjoyable experience possible as we look forward to welcoming you this fall.
MOBILE TICKETS
William & Mary Athletics is excited to announce a transition to digital ticketing beginning for the 2021-22 seasons. Mobile ticketing is the safest, fastest and most cost-efficient way for you to receive your season or single-game tickets. For the first time, ticket holders will be able to log into their online accounts, allowing them to fully manage their tickets, including downloading them to their Apple Wallet (iPhone) or Google Pay (Android).
Mobile ticketing and contactless entry have become the norm in college athletics, and we are excited to exclusively use this technology. Mobile ticketing will reduce frequent issues related to paper tickets, including theft, shipping delays, tickets lost in transit, and the need for an early confirmation of a shipping address. Other advantages feature the ability for ticket purchasers to easily transfer tickets via mobile phone.
FALL SPORT TICKET SALES
While a capacity number or Covid-19 guidelines have not been announced yet, we are planning to continue with season ticket renewals for our fall ticketed sports – Football and Men's and Women's Soccer.
Football season ticket renewals will begin on May 19. Fans who were 2019 season ticket holders will receive a direct email with renewal information. Please note that while we would like for every season ticket holder to renew their exact seating locations, some seats may have to be reassigned to comply with social distancing guidelines within the facilities. Reassignments will be handled on a case-by-case basis with a Tribe Ticket Office representative.
Soccer season ticket renewals will begin on Aug. 3.
Details regarding single game ticket sales will be announced at a later date.
PARKING & TAILGATING
If you had parking in the 2019 season your parking pass will automatically be shown on your renewal application. Once renewed parking passes will be assigned to specific spaces if applicable.
Tailgating policies will be in line with CDC, local, state and University Guidelines.

How do I manage my tickets?
To manage tickets is the "My Account" section of the William & Mary Athletics Ticket Page. After logging in, you will see the available tickets in your account. Step-by-step guides will be made available for fans before the arrival of season tickets into your account this summer.
What if I do not have a smartphone?
If you do not have a smartphone that runs on iOS or Android, please contact the Tribe Ticket Office at 757-221-3340 or tribetickets@wm.edu.
What if I have no internet connection or mobile services are not available on game day?
We highly recommend downloading your ticket to your phone before arriving at the game. If you have an iPhone, your tickets can be stored in your Apple Wallet. Android users can store their tickets in their Goggle Pay Wallet.
Can I print my mobile tickets?
No. Mobile tickets cannot be printed and will not be readable with our scanners.
What if I lose my ticket delivery email?
Through your online ticketing account, you can re-issue your tickets and add them to your digital wallet.
How will I receive my parking pass? Will parking passes also be digital only?
Parking passes will still be printed and mailed separately once the renewal process has concluded.
When can I access my tickets?
For season ticket holders, the Tribe Ticket Office anticipates tickets will be ready for download by mid-August. Further communication including a step-by-step instruction guide will be sent as the season approaches.
