The William & Mary field hockey team will bring its home schedule to a close this weekend, hosting No. 20 Delaware on Sunday at 1 p.m. The match can be streamed live for free on the Tribe Sports Network, and live results will also be available through TribeAthletics.com. Sunday's game will be sponsored by VCU Health.

No General Attendance
Attendance at home games is NOT open to the general public. The field hockey team is allowed a limited number of entries on a pass list for the athletes, and then any extra capacity up to the state of Virginia's limit of 30% of listed capacity can be filled by W&M students with campus-issued ID cards.

Scouting the Tribe
W&M is coming off a 2-0 win over Towson on Wednesday, its second win in a row to improve to 2-1 on the year and 2-1 in the Colonial Athletic Association. Senior captain
Ella Donahue (Midlothian, Va.) scored the game-winner against the Tigers, and is tied for the team lead in scoring with a goal and an assist alongside sophomore
Lily Saunders (Mount Joy, Pa.). On defense, sophomore
Tabby Billingham (Dallinghoo, Suffolk, England) has been the keystone of the defense and picked up her first defensive save against the Tigers, while junior
Kimi Jones (Virginia Beach, Va.) has eight saves and a .615 save percentage with a 2.00 GAA.
Scouting the Blue Hens
Ranked No. 20 in the latest NFHCA Coaches Poll, Delaware is also 2-1 overall, 1-0 in the CAA with a 4-0 win over Towson late last month. This will be the first game in three weeks for the Blue Hens. All-American Femke Strien is leading the team in scoring with two goals and three assists, with Ashlyn Carr and Emily Kresho also talling three helpers apiece. On defense, Delaware hasn't given up a goal in its last two matches, as Lizzie Gaebel carries a 0.96 GAA and 10 saves on a .769 save percentage.
The Series
Delaware leads the all-time series with W&M, 18-9, and has won 11 of the last 12 meetings since the 2012 CAA Tournament. The last meeting in Williamsburg was a 4-2 win for the Blue Hens in October of 2018.

- Freshman
Jayden Moon (Spotsylvania, Va.) was named the CAA Rookie of the Week on March 30, after scoring her first career assist in the win over Drexel.
- Entering the final two week of the regular season, W&M is currently in third in the CAA standings, with the top four teams making the CAA Tournament, April 22-24 at Delaware. James Madison currently leads at 2-0, with Delaware second at 1-0, W&M third (2-1), and Drexel in fourth at 2-2. Towson is fifth at 1-2, followed by Hofstra (0-1) and Northeastern (0-2).
- Elected as captains for this season were
Cara Menges (Richmond, Va.) (for the second time) and Donahue. The senior Hopkins and junior
Jorja Morgan (Wakerley, QLD, Australia) were chosen as vice-captains.
- Hopkins led the Tribe with four game-winning goals in 2019, tied for 11th-most all-time.
- Junior
Kimi Jones ranks eighth all-time in career wins at W&M, with 23 in her first three years.
- Menges ranks eighth in school history with 0.26 assists per game, and fourth all-time with 1.26 shots on goal per game.
- 11 players from W&M were named to the NFHCA All-Academic Squad, the third year in a row the Tribe has had 10+ honorees. To qualify, athletes had to have over a 3.3 GPA through the fall semester.
- Three players - Jones, Moon, and Billingham - were all named NFHCA Scholars of Distinction for having a GPA over 3.9.
