WILLIAMSBURG, Va. – The William & Mary men's gymnastics team will conclude its regular season slate when it competes against No. 5 Ohio State in a virtual meet at Williamsburg Gymnastics on Sunday at 3 p.m.

A LOOK AT THE TRIBE
Ranked 12th nationally, W&M enters Sunday's meet with a three-score average of 383.717. W&M's best events have been rings (63.917) and parallel bars (64.383), as it ranks 11th in the country in both events.
Individually,
Andrew Lyubovsky ranks 18th nationally in all-around (75.733) and 30th on parallel bars (13.4), while
Aidan Cuy is 20th in all-around (75.083).
SCOUTING THE BUCKEYES
Ohio State enters this weekend's meet as the nation's fifth-ranked team with a 406.1 three-score average. The Buckeyes rank third nationally on parallel bars (68.45) and fourth on floor (69.567), pommel horse (66.9) and rings (67.55).
Individually, Justin Ah Chow ranks among the nation's top 10 on floor (14.367) and pommel horse (13.817), while Jesse Tyndall is among the top 10 on parallel bars (14.15) and high bar (13.7).

LAST TIME OUT
W&M posted its second-best score of the season but fell to top-ranked Oklahoma, 403.7-384.9, on Senior Day at Kaplan Arena on March 6. In addition to recording its second-best team score of the 2021 campaign, W&M earned a season-high mark on rings (64.25). Individually,
Andrew Lyubovsky led the Tribe with a second-place finish in all-around (76.7), while
Aidan Cuy third with a career-best 75.7.
Spencer Schrandt also earned a top-three finish on pommel horse with a season-high 13.35.
CREELMAN, POSTELL EARN ECAC WEEKLY HONORS
After posting impressive performances in W&M'S dual meet against top-ranked Oklahoma,
Ian Creelman and
Ahmir Postell garnered weekly awards from the Eastern College Athletic Conference. Creelman was selected as the Gymnast of the Week, while Postell was chosen as the Rookie of the Week. Their efforts helped W&M earn its second-highest score of the season. Creelman competed in four events and led the Tribe on vault (13.7) and high bar (13.0, season high). Postell was a key component in three of the Tribe's lineups – rings (12.85), parallel bars (12.15), and high bar (12.35).
SAM LEE HONORED AS ECAC ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Freshman
Sam Lee was selected as the Eastern College Athletic Conference Rookie of the Week after posting impressive performances in the Tribe's dual meets versus Navy and Springfield. Highlighting Lee's efforts was a pair of individual event titles in W&M's victory against Springfield, as he recorded career highs on vault (14.1) and parallel bars (13.4). Earlier in the week, he narrowly missed out on a top-three finish on vault in the Tribe's dual meet versus Cal with a 13.95.
ANDREW LYUBOVSKY SELECTED AS ECAC GYMNAST OF THE WEEK
After posting an outstanding performance in the home opener against Navy, junior standout
Andrew Lyubovsky was selected as the ECAC Gymnast of the Week. Lyubovsky highlighted the Tribe's individual efforts versus the Mids, as he posted the meet's top score in all-around with a career-high 78.8. Additionally, he placed among the top three on floor (13.6 – career high), parallel bars (13.45) and (high bar (13.2).
CHRISTIAN MARSH HONORED AS ECAC SPECIALIST OF THE WEEK
After helping the William & Mary men's gymnastics team earn a season-opening victory against Stanford, junior standout
Christian Marsh was selected as the Eastern College Athletic Conference Specialist of the Week. Marsh won a pair of individual titles in the Tribe's victory, as he posted a career-high 13.35 on pommel horse and a 12.9 on rings. With the performance on pommel horse, he currently ranks 14th nationally in the event. Last season, Marsh earned USA Gymnastics Collegiate All-America honors, as well as All-ECAC distinction, on rings.
