WILLIAMSBURG, Va. — Tribe Talk Presented by Chesapeake Bank with Coach
Dane Fischer is back on Monday night from Precarious Beer Hall. The weekly event runs each Monday through March 2.
Longtime Tribe play-by-play announcer Jay Colley will host the weekly shows which will begin at 7 p.m. and be live over the air for 30 minutes. Fans can hear the live broadcast on the William & Mary Sports Network and its flagship station 92.3 FM The Tide. Tribe Talk will also be
available online via the Tune-In App.
Each show will feature members of the Tribe coaching staff, current Tribe student-athletes as well as selected alumni and other members of the William & Mary Athletics community. Everyone is encouraged to arrive early to enjoy dinner and enter for a chance to win selected door prizes and gift packages.
Chesapeake Bank joins the Tribe in engaging with the campus and community by its continued partnership with William & Mary Athletics.
The Tribe sits on top of the Colonial Athletic Association at 6-1 after playing five of its first seven games on the road. Overall, W&M is 14-6 on the year and its marks just the ninth time in the 115-year history of Tribe basketball that the Green and Gold tallied 14 wins in its opening 20 games.
The Tribe returns home to open a season-long four-game homestand beginning on Thursday, Jan. 23, against James Madison. Tip-off is set for 7 p.m. from Kaplan Arena. The game will be broadcast on FloHoops. All Tribe's remaining 11 CAA games will be streamed on FloHoops.
