The William and Mary men's golf team wrapped up its fall season Sunday, shooting 291 (+3) to finish tied for 12th at the Bridgestone Collegiate.  The Tribe finished the two-day tournament with a score of 593 (+17), braced with No. 30 Iowa State.  No. 66 North Carolina (571, -5) won the 14-team event by six strokes over No. 84 Chattanooga.  Individually, the Tarheels' Henry Do and Memphis' Lars van Meijel tied for the tournament medal at 139 (-5).

Thanks to a team-best round of 70 (-2), junior Alex Hicks (Cape May Court House, N.J.) improved 30 places Sunday and finished in a tie with freshman Davis Morrison (Charlotte, N.C.) at 26th, who finished his season with a round of 73 (+1) for a total of 147 (+3).  Junior Charlie Kern (Seattle, Wash.) improved four strokes with his score of 72 (E), and lifted into a tie for 30th at 148 (+4) for the tournament.  Freshman Austin Morrison (Charlotte, N.C.) tied for 52nd overall at 151 (+7), shooting 76 Sunday, and senior Tanner Taddeo (Hendersonville, Tenn.) rounded out the team in a tie for 64th after pairing his first-round 77 with another for 154 (+10) overall.

William and Mary's fall season is now finished, and the Tribe will be back in action February 17-18 at the Wexford Plantation Intercollegiate in Hilton Head, S.C.
