Ryan MacArthur

Ryan MacArthur enters his third season with the Tribe women's soccer program and his second season as the second assistant. MacArthur spent the 2012 season as a volunteer assistant coach.

In his time with the Tribe, MacArthur has worked with the Tribe goalkeepers. Under his guidance Caroline Casey was named to the First-Team All-CAA in 2013. In two season with the Tribe W&M has posted 17 shutouts.

MacArthur also is in his third season as the director of goalkeeping for the Virginia Legacy Soccer Club, which is located in Williamsburg. 

MacArthur graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2009 with a degree in psychology. He was a member of the VCU soccer team in 2007-09.

Prior to VCU, MacArthur played for Potomac State College of West Virginia (2005-06), and helped them to a 23-7-2 record over two season. He was elected as a team captain in 2006 and helped PSC to a berth in the National Final Four. 

MacArthur also competed on the Virginia Legacy's PDL team from 2007-08, and has had professional trails with the Richmond Kickers and the Norfolk Sharx.

He currently resides in Williamsburg.
