Indoor: Ran four times individually, competing the 400m twice and the 500m and 600m once each ... Ran 1:48.05 in the 600m at CNU in January.
Outdoor: Ran both the 400m and the 200m at the CAA Championships ... Sixth in the 400m at the New Captains Classic, and seventh at the Tribe Invitational.

2012-13
Indoor: Runner-up in the 500m at the season-opening Liberty Kickoff in 1:20.79 ... Competed in both the 200m and 400m at CNU in December ... Also ran the 4x400m at Liberty and at the Patriot Games ... Part of the 4x800m at the Patriot Games as well.
Outdoor: Represented Team USA at the Maccabiah Games in Tel Aviv, Israel ... Earned a bronze medal as part of the U.S.'s third-place 4x400m relay ... Also finished fifth individually in the 400m, at 58.69 seconds ... Ran as part of the Tribe's third-place 4x400m relay, earning her first All-CAA award in 3:49.99 ... Lowered her best in the 800m to 2:23.97 ... Ran a collegiate-best 26.54 in the 200m at CNU.

2011-12
Indoor: Established herself as one of the team's best quarter-milers ... Ran under 60 seconds for the first time at Navy, taking second in 59.27 ... Three weeks later, timed 58.39 at Virginia Tech.
Outdoor: Placed 13th in the prelims of the 400m dash at the CAA Championships ... Performance was her best of the season, at 58.10 seconds ... Also ran on the Tribe's relays at the conference meet ... Runner-up at the New Captain's Classic in 58.40 seconds.

Prep
St. Catherine's captain and MVP in 2010-11 ... Earned a total of six all-state honors in Virginia's independent schools classification ... Four came indoors, and two outdoors ... All-state both indoors and out as a senior ... Also earned six all-league selections ... Graduated with eight school records ... Despite being mainly a sprinter, also ran cross country and earned all-league accolades as a junior ... Member of the Art Club.
