Indoor: Led-off the Tribe's 4x400m relay at the CNU Holiday Open ... Also ran on the DMR at Virginia Tech ... Ran the open 800m at Liberty and the 600m at Virginia Tech.
Outdoor: Competed in the 400m hurdles several times ... Best of 1:09.34 came at Richmond ... Anchored the 4x800m relay at Colonial Relays ... Also ran on the 4x400m at the Tribe Invitational and at the New Captains Classic.

2011-12
Indoor: Ran the 400m dash exclusively ... Battled her way back from a severe injury in the fall that kept her from training for four months ... Best of three races came at Navy, where she ran 1:02.46.
Outdoor: Ran both the 400m dash and the 400m hurdles ... In the open 400m, consistently ran under 62 seconds ... Season-best of 1:01.25 came at Richmond ... Ran the 400m hurdles at the CAA Championships, taking 15th in the prelims at 1:08.71 ... Also represented the team on the 4x400m relay.

Prep: Helped Carmel Catholic earn Nike Outdoor National qualifying times in the 4x400m relay in both 2009 and 2010 ... Earned all-state honors both years as well, taking third on the relay in 2009 and fifth in 2010 ... Earned all-conference recognition each of the last three years ... Competed at the Junior Olympics and USAT&F Youth National Championships ... Captained Carmel Catholic's track team as a senior ... Three-time state qualifier ... National Honor Society ... Business National Honor Society ... Has 15 years of formal/professional dance training, including ballet, pointe, lyrical, jazz, and contemporary styles ...
