Indoor: Opened her season with a bang, reaching a career-best
37-2.25 (11.33m) in the triple jump at the CNU Holiday Open ... Ran a
collegiate-best 7.79 in the 55m dash at that same meet ... Improved her
60m dash best to 8.50 at Liberty.
Outdoor: Took 11th at the CAA Championships with a leap of 36-4 ...
Branched out into the long jump as well, jumping 17-9.75 (5.43m) at the
Tribe Invitational ... Ran the 200m dash in 26.52 at the Tribe
Invitational also.
2008-09
Indoor: Leapt a season-best 34-7 in the triple jump at Navy in
January ... Also ran the 60m dash several times, topping out at 8.51
seconds at CNU in January.
Outdoor: Saved her best for last, leaping 36-2 in the triple jump at
CNU in the final meet of the year ... Performance ranks her tied for
eighth all-time at W&M ... Best triple-jump performance for the
Tribe since 2001 ... Second-best mark of the year came at the CAA
Championships, where she leapt 35-8.75.
