Advanced to the C finals of the 200 breast at the Hokie Fall Invitational ... Finished 22nd overall ... Just missed advancing in the 100 breast, finishing 26th in prelims (top 24 advanced).

2011-12
Had an outstanding Terrapin Invite to cap off her freshman campaign ... Won both the 200 breast and the 400 IM at the invitational ... Swam 2:18.53 in the 200 breast to break the College's freshman record in the event ... Also finished fourth in the 200 IM ... Consolation finalist in two events at the Terrapin Cup in November ... Finished 15th in the 200 breast and 16th in the 400 IM.

Prep: Qualified for the NCSA Junior Nationals during the past four years as a member of the Jersey Wahoos ... Courier Post All-South Jersey Team ... First-Team Colonial Conference ... Member of the Girls Public B Team State Champions in 2009 ... Placed seventh in the 100 breast and 12th in the 200 IM at the NJSIAA Championship ... Member of the National Honor Society and the Spanish National Honor Society.

Personal: Daughter of Gary and Nancy Carpenter ... Came to William and Mary because she absolutely loved the campus and the academics that the school has to offer.
