Cross Country: Opened the season with a 15th-place finish at the Spider Open ... Part of the varsity squad at the Paul Short Invitational ... Also ran at the W&M Invitational and the Tribe Open, where she was 19th.
Indoor: Ran the mile at CNU in January and the 3,000m there two weeks later.
Outdoor: Timed 10:12.78 for 3,000m at the Colonial Relays for a massive personal-best ... Runner-up at 5,000m at the New Captain's Classic.

Cross Country: Earned a spot on the varsity Tribe team ... Ran at the Paul Short Invitational and Pre-Nationals during the regular season ... Part of the Tribe contigent at the CAA Championships and the ECAC meet, as well.

Prep: Earned two all-state honors in cross country for Blacksburg High ... Finished 15th in the Virginia AA state championships as a junior, improving to sixth as a senior ... In 2009, team qualified for the Nike Cross Nationals, finishing sixth in the nation ... Indoors, earned two All-American honors in the 4xMile at the Nike Indoor Nationals ... Earned four all-state honors as Blacksburg won the state title in 2008, 2009, and 2010 ... Runner-up at 3,200m and third in the 1,600m as a junior in 2009 ... Fifth in the 3,200m and fourth in the 1,600m as a senior ... Won five all-state awards outdoors in the last two years ... Seventh in the 3,200m and eighth in the 1,600m as a junior ...
