Cross Country: Ran just once during the season ... Made the CAA Championships squad, finishing 12th for W&M and 42nd overall ... Named to the CAA Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll in the fall, for having a GPA over 3.0.
Indoor: Competed three times, all in the 3,000m run ... Ran a personal-best each time ... Culminated with an 8:49.53 at Penn State in early February.
Outdoor: Season cancelled due to coronavirus pandemic.

2018-19
Cross Country: Did not compete.
Indoor: Competed unattached at CNU in early February ... Finished second in the mile at 4:31.90 ... Also took third in the 3,000m run at 9:07.37.
Outdoor: Walked onto the team before the CAA Championships ... Earned All-CAA honors after finishing second in the 3,000m steeplechase ... Ran a lifetime-best 9:27.53 ... Also ran the 5,000m, where he finished ninth ... Ran unattached earlier in the season at several meets ... Finished 10th at the Colonial Relays in the steeplechase with a time of 9:33.40 ... Ran a personal-best 15:35.14 in the 5,000m at the VCU Invitational in late March ... Named to the CAA Academic Honor Roll for having a GPA over 3.0.

2017-18
Cross Country: Did not compete.
Indoor: Did not compete.
Outdoor: Did not compete.

Prep
Won the 3,200m regional and conference titles outdoors his senior year at West Potomac ... Was third in cross country at both the conference and region championships in 2016 as well ... Named the Student-Athlete of the season for indoor track as a senior.
