2024-25 Season
Earned CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll distinction during the fall semester.
Indoor Track & Field: Set the 200m school record at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational (2/14-15/25), crossing the line in 21.73 … A member of the 4x400m relay team that broke the school record at the East Coast Invitational (2/7-8/25) before breaking it again at the CAA Championships (2/26-27/25), posting a time of 3:12.40 … At the same meet, ran a leg on the distance medley relay team that placed first in 10:01.46.
Outdoor Track & Field: Won the 100m at the Dan Stimson Memorial Invitational (3/29/25) in a career-best time of 10.74 … Set a personal best of 21.54 in the 200m at the Colonial Relays (4/3-5/25) … A member of the 4x400m relay team that broke the school record at the Penn Relays (4/24-26/25) before breaking it again at the CAA Championships (5/14-15/25), posting a time of 3:09.63.

2023-24 Season 
Indoor Track & Field: Took first at the George Mason Patriot Games with a personal best of 1:05.35 in the 500m, posted a personal best of 7.00 in the 60m as well (1/26)…Apart of fourth place 4x400m relay team at CAA Championships (2/23).
Outdoor Track & Field: Placed first in the 200m at the Dan Stimson Memorial with a personal best of 21.61 (3/16)…Also took first in the 200m at the CNU Blue and Silver Challenge (22.07) and Colonial Relays (21.70)…Finished runner-up at the Wake Forest Invitational in the 400m with a personal best of 47.67 (4/19).

Prep
Placed third at the indoor state championships in the 500m … A member of the third-place 4x200m relay at the indoor state championships … At the outdoor state championships, finished fourth in the 400m and eighth in the 800m … A member of the third-place 4x100m relay at the outdoor state championships … A seven-time district and four-time regional champion … Served as Norview’s team captain in indoor and outdoor track as a junior and senior.
