Indoor: Put the shot 47-11.75 (14.62m) indoors at North Carolina in January.
Outdoor: Just missed all-conference honors in the shot put at the CAA Championships, finishing fourth ... Had his season-best effort in the process, 48-0.75 (14.65m) ... All-conference for the second time in the discus, taking third with a throw of 148-7 (45.28m) ... Threw for a season-best distance of 149-2 (45.47m) at the JMU Invitational.

2008-09
Indoor: Won the shot put at the Navy Invitational in January ... Top mark came at CNU in February, where he put the shot 47-0.25.
Outdoor: Took sixth in the discus at the CAA Championships ... Became injured during the event, ending his season early.

2007-08
Earned All-CAA honors in both the discus and shot put ... Finished second in the discus with a throw of 148-10 and third in the shot put with a put of 48-0.5 at the CAA Championships ... Ranks seventh all-time in the discus at the College with his throw of 153-4 at the Lou Onesty Invitational ... Set his personal-best mark with a college-weight shot put at George Mason ... Put the shot 48-9 at the Patriot Games indoors to take second in the event.

2006-07
Member of the football team ... Scout team tight end.

At Randolph-Macon
Four-year letter winner in track, two at Wootton High in Maryland and two at Randolph-Macon Academy in Front Royal, Virginia ... At Wootton, was the only freshman to qualify for the 4A state championships in the discus ... Repeated the qualification as a sophomore ... Won the Virginia Independent School state title in the discus as a junior under the tutelage of Dick Allanson ... Despite having his senior season cut short due to illness, managed career-best marks in both the discus and shot put ... Won the shot put at the Fork Union Invitational ... Also an all-state tight-end in each of his final two seasons ... Hauled in 58 catches for 940 yards and 14 touchdowns for the Yellow Jackets ... Reached the rank of Second Lieutenant in the school’s Air Force JROTC program.
