SENIOR SEASON (2009-10)

Advanced to the round of 16 in doubles at the All-American Championships with Cojanu, including a win over the No. 2-ranked team in the country from Stanford ... Finished the season with a 16-15 singles record and 12 doubles wins ... Defeated the highest ranked opponent of his collegiate career, downing No. 45-ranked Ralph Knupfer of Rice in three sets ... Won his final three singles matches of the 2008 dual-match season ... Led W&M in singles victories with 23 and dual-match victories with 17 ... His wins total ranked as the 10th-best freshman total in school history ... Named the VaSID State Rookie of the Year ... A Second-Team VaSID All-State honoree in both singles and doubles ... Named First-Team All-CAA in doubles, while garnering third-team accolades in singles ... A three-time CAA Doubles Team of the Week winner (3/4, 4/10, 4/17) along with Alex Cojanu and a two-time CAA Singles Player of the Week recipient (3/4, 3/28) ... Ranked as high as No. 25 nationally in doubles with Cojanu and finished the season ranked No. 35 nationally and No. 7 in the Mideast Region ... Won 11 straight singles matches from Feb. 11 through March 16 ... Clinched the College's 4-3 win over then-No. 39 Middle Tennessee State at the Rice Invitational, knocking off his first career ranked opponent, No. 113 Marco Born, 6-7 (5), 7-5, 7-6 (9) ... Fought off 11 match points in the battle to clinch the Tribe victory ... Amassed an impressive 10-2 mark in three-set matches ... Won 12 matches at the No. 3 slot during the season ... Clinched W&M wins over Richmond, East Carolina and Longwood along with the Middle Tennessee State match ... Compiled an 18-17 doubles record, playing primarily with Alex Cojanu ...
