William & Mary Athletics

Annie Francis joined the W&M Athletics Department in July 2023. Most recently, Francis was a graduate assistant at the SMART clinic at Illinois State. Prior to that, she worked as an athletic trainer at the International Gymnastics Camp in Stroudsburg, PA. 

As an undergraduate, Francis held internships at Davidson, Stanford, UNC Asheville, and William & Mary. 

Francis holds her B.S. in athletic training from Western Carolina University and her M.S. in Kinesiology and recreation from Illinois State University.
