2013 Season
Kris will formally take over the reins of leadership as an elected captain for the upcoming season...In addition to earning USA Gymnastics Collegiate All-American designation on the parallel bars for his sixth place finish at last year's collegiate championships, Kris also received first team All-American Scholar-Athlete honors for his excellence in the classroom...It is hard to believe that just a couple of months before he came to W&M as a freshman, Kris had hip replacement surgery for a necrotic hip condition. He was unable to work high bar for an entire year, but his never give up attitude and remarkable ability to persevere in the face of adversity culminated with his qualifying to the NCAA Championships as an individual on the high bar last season....During his tenure at William and Mary, Kris has won the gold medal at the State Championship on both the high bar and on the pommel horse where he currently ranks 10^th in the Tribe's all-time record book...Last season, Kris finished fifth in total team points scored...His parents are Clark and Ingrid Yeager and  he was coached by Shuichi Goto at the Multnomah Athletic Club...Kris has been a member of the Dean's List multiple times and will graduate with a degree in American Studies ... College Gymnastics Association first-team Academic All-American Scholar-Athlete ...
