Cross Country: Integral part of the Tribe's championship squad ... Finished 17th overall at the Pre-National Invitational ... Third place at the CAA Championships ... Named all-region after finishing 22nd at the Southeast Championships ... 124th overall at the NCAA Championships as the Tribe's fourth runner.
Indoor: Qualified for the IC4A Championships at 3,000m after running 8:22 at Navy in January.
Outdoor: Ran the 10,000m at the Penn Relays and the 5,000m at the CAA Championships.

Cross Country: Redshirted ... Won the Tribe Open in an unattached performance.
Indoor: Won the 3,000m at Virginia Tech in 8:14.56 ... Opened the year running 14:37.40 for 5,000m at CNU in December ... Took fifth in the mile at Liberty with a time of 4:14.74.
Outdoor: Qualified for the NCAA Championships at 10,000m ... Qualifying time came at the Penn Relays, when he was sixth in 29:46.05 ... Ran the 5,000m twice, taking fifth at the CAA Championships ... Also ran the event at the Colonial Relays.

2008-09
Cross Country: Was the Tribe's sixth finisher at the NCAA Championships ... Won the Cavalier Open ... Fourth for W&M at the Pre-Nationals Invitational ... Fifth on the team, 15th overall, at the Colonial Inter-Regional.
Indoor: Redshirted.
Outdoor: Redshirted ... Ran a collegiate-best 14:43.37 for 5,000m unattached at North Carolina in mid-May ... Also ran unattached at the Penn Relays, finishing the 10,000m in 30:12.87.

2007-08
Cross Country: CAA Rookie of the Year ... All-CAA after finishing eighth at the CAA Championships, tops among all true freshmen in the conference ... Led W&M in his first collegiate race, timing 25:59.0 at the Lou Onesty Invitational ... 34th at the Colonial Inter-Regional ... 17th in the Pre-Nationals open race ... Ran at the IC4A Championships. Track: Finished ninth and set a personal best of 32:42.16 at the CAA Championships in the 10,000m run ... Set a personal best at the Carolina Outdoor Classic in the 5,000m run with a time of 14:47.73.

At Edina
Two-time all-state selection in cross country ... Posted finishes of 12th as a junior and eighth as a senior at the state championships ... Also all-section and all-state in track both his senior and junior years ... Three-time all-conference and all-section in cross country ... Three-time all-conference honoree in track ... Has run 1:57 for 800m, 4:15 for 1,600m, and 9:10 for 3,200m.
