Earned CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll distinction during the fall semester … A W&M Provost  Award winner.
Cross Country: Did not appear in any meets.
Indoor Track & Field: A member of the distance medley relay team that placed third at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational (2/14-15/25) in 12:16.79 … At the same meet, placed sixth in the 800m in 2:17.69 … Finished 10th in the 800m at the CAA Championships (5/14-15/25) in a season-best time of 2:16.17.
Outdoor Track & Field: Ran a leg on the 4x400m relay team that finished first at the Dan Stimson Memorial Invitational (3/29/25) in 4:00.79 … A member of the distance medley relay team that placed second at the Colonial Relays (4/3-5/25) in 12:17.73 … Posted a career-best 800m time of 2:15.52 at the Hill City Twilight (5/2/25) … Placed 22nd in the 800m at the CAA Championships (5/14-15/25).

Prep
Led Wesleyan to four-straight state cross country championships (2020, 2021, 2022, 2023) … As a senior, helped Wesleyan to the team track and field state championship … Won the 800m state title in 2024 … Won an individual state championship in the 1600m and was a member of the winning 4x800m relay in 2023 … Was the 800m state runner-up in 2023 … Earned track and field all-county honors in the 800m and 4x800m relay in both 2023 and 2024 … A second team all-region cross country selection in 2023 … Was vice president of the Honor Council … A founding member of the Student Athlete Leadership Team … A member of the  Students Advocating For Life Without Substance Abuse.
