Challenge Gift for Women Student-Athlete Scholarships

Thanks to a generous challenge gift from an anonymous alumna, a portion of contributions to all W&M women's athletics programs scholarship funds are eligible to be matched up to $1 million per year over three years. The university's goal is to raise $250,000 in fiscal year (FY) 2022, $500,000 in FY23 and $750,000 in FY24 for women student-athlete scholarship. Collectively, with the support of the alumna, the university aims to raise $3 million over three years. 

Society of 1918/Women in Action Partnership

This exciting collaboration connects two incredible W&M women's initiatives. The Society of 1918 is furthering its mission to support fellow W&M women by underwriting alumnae engagement through Women in Action. The Society of 1918/Women in Action partnership brings together philanthropic women leaders who support W&M women athletes.

Women In Action Champion
Donors who pledge $1,000 over the next five fiscal years, will be honored as a "Champion of Women in Action" and will have the opportunity to be featured on TribeAthletics.com "Wall of Women's Champions"
