The Nissen-Emery Award is the highest honor a college gymnast can receive. It is presented annually to the top senior gymnast in the United States. The Nissen Emery Award acknowledges gymnastics excellence and more as the award winner must also be an example of good sportsmanship and fair play, a champion in defeat as well as in victory and must maintain a high standard of scholarship throughout his college career.
