2009-10
Indoor: All-East for the first time, running the 400m leg of W&M's runner-up DMR at the IC4A Championships ... Also ran in that position in the prelims ... In four tries, lowered his best in the 55m hurdles from 8.02 to 7.89 ... Lowered his 60m hurdles time from 8.55 to 8.49 in the space of three weeks ... Ranks fourth all-time in the event ... Got down to 51.05 in the 400m dash.
Outdoor: Ran a huge personal-best in the 400m hurdles at the Colonial Relays, lowering his mark to 54.14 ... Helped W&M to a third-place finish in the DMR at the Penn Relays ... Also took third as part of the DMR at the Colonial Relays ... Finished fourth at the CAA Championships for the second year in a row, timing 54.29 ... Also scored in the 110m hurdles at the conference meet, running a season's-best time of 15.24.

2008-09
Indoor: Ran 1:07.18 in the 500m and 23.70 in the 200m at Navy in January, both season-bests ... Ran the 400m leg of the Tribe's top DMR that qualified and ran at the IC4A Championships.
Outdoor: Just missed all-conference honors in the 400m hurdles, taking fourth at the CAA Championships ... Won the 400m hurdles at the Tribe Open, Fred Hardy Invitational, and at George Mason in May ... Last race of the year produced the season-best time, 54.37 seconds.

2007-08
Ran a personal best of 54.28 in the 400m hurdles at the CAA Championships ... First time since 1999 a W&M runner eclipsed the 55 second mark in the 400m hurdles ... Ranks eighth all-time in the 400m hurdles and 11th all-time in the 200m run.

At Franklin
Earned All-American honors in the 400m hurdles in 2005 at the AAU Junior Championships ... Earned seven varsity letters in track under the tutelage of Mary Jo Wolf ... 300m hurdles state champion as a junior ... Completed the 2006 season undefeated in the 300m hurdles ... Third in the state in the 110m hurdles that year as well ... Earned championships in both the 110m hurdles and 300m hurdles at the county, regional, and divisional levels ... First-team all-county both indoors and outdoors ... Baltimore Sun All-Met first team honoree ... Has run 14.54 (converted) in the 110m hurdles and 54.90 in the 400m hurdles ... Also earned two letters as a defensive back on the football field ... Helped Franklin to the region championship as a senior, upsetting an undefeated (11-0) City College squad ...
