Biography

Cory did not compete last season while recovering from a shoulder surgery ... His goal for this season is to come back on FE, V, and HB first while rehabilitating his shoulder and developing the strength required to move forward in the all-around ... To fulfill his desire to pursue gymnastics, Cory traveled several hours while crossing a time zone to workout at the Atlanta School of Gymnastics with Nathan Simmons and Spencer Slaton.

Son of Cathy and Mark Cauthen ... Cory's spirit is a real boost to the team as green and gold seems to run through his veins ... Leaning toward a major in psychology and will probably end up somewhere in the medical field.
