WILLIAMSBURG, Va. – The William & Mary football team will return to action when it plays at the defending ACC Champions, Duke, on Saturday at 3:30 p.m.

The game will be televised on ACC Network Extra, while fans can also listen to a live audio broadcast over the airwaves locally on The Tide 92.3 FM and 107.9 FM and via the Internet at TideRadio.com. Longtime play-by-play Voice of the Tribe, Jay Colley, will once again be on the call, as he broadcasts his 500th W&M Football game.

W&M enters Saturday's contest having scored at least 20 points in 13 consecutive games, marking the program's longest stretch of accomplishing the feat since 2007-09, and currently ranks second in the Patriot League in scoring (26.0). Quarterback Winston Watkins leads the Patriot League in total offense (229.0) and ranks second in passing efficiency (150.9). Running back Andrew King has also come up big offensively and ranks 17th nationally (FCS) in rushing yards (318) and 21st in yards per carry (6.12). Defensively, W&M ranks second nationally in forced turnovers (11) and is led by linebacker Harrison Johnson who ranks 13th in the country in tackles per game (10.5).
 
Duke enters this weekend's matchup unbeaten with a 3-0 record and is coming off a 35-7 win against Standford in its ACC opener last Saturday. The Blue Devils boast one of the nation's stoutest defensive units and rank among the country's top 20 in scoring defense (12.3), rushing defense (79.3) and third down conversion defense (27.0). Offensively, running back Nate Sheppard leads the nation in rushing yards per game (176.0), all-purpose yards per game (196.6) and total touchdowns (8).
 
Saturday's game will mark the eighth meeting between W&M and Duke, as the Tribe owns a 6-1 advantage. The teams met five consecutive seasons from 1921-25 before squaring off twice in the '50s. Duke's lone win came in the teams' most recent matchup in 1955, a 47-7 Blue Devils' victory in Durham.
