10 Men’s Gymnasts Earn USA Gymnastics Foundation Scholarships

WILLIAMSBURG, Va. – Ten members of the William & Mary men's gymnastics team recently earned academic scholarships from the USA Gymnastics Foundation.

The Tribe standouts are among an impressive group of 32 student-athletes who were awarded scholarships totaling nearly $97,000.

W&M's scholarship winners include: Connor Barrow, Brayden Bates, Alex Grapsas, Niko Greenly, Nicholas Kosarikov, David Moroney, Ricky Pizem, Michael Weiner, Evan Wilkins and Gavin Zborowski.

The Tribe is coming off a tremendously successful 2025 campaign, as the squad rose as high as No. 10 in the national rankings and earned a bid to the NCAA Championships for the second time in the last five years.

The lengthy list of standouts was highlighted by Barrow, who won the USA Gymnastics Collegiate national title on vault, and Pizem, who claimed the ECAC title on high bar.

In total, four Tribe gymnasts garnered USA Gymnastics Collegiate All-America honors, while five W&M standouts earned all-conference accolades. Additionally, a school-record five Tribe gymnasts competed in the finals at the NCAA
Championships.

The Tribe also continued to distinguish themselves in the classroom as 17 members of the squad were named to the ECAC All-Academic Team.
