WILLIAMSBURG, Va. — After establishing themselves among the country's top men's gymnasts, William & Mary standouts
Luke Tully and
Evan Wilkins will compete at the 2026 Men's National Qualifier on Saturday at the U.S. Olympic Paralympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colo.
The qualifier is the final qualifying event for men's artistic gymnasts to the 2026 Xfinity U.S. Gymnastics Championships, which will be held Aug. 6-9 in Phoenix, Ariz.
Tully and Wilkins will both compete in Saturday's first session at 1 p.m. (EST). Results will be available at
USAGym.org.
Tully recently completed a historic sophomore season for the Tribe and became the first gymnast in program history to earn NCAA All-America honors in all-around after placing sixth at the national championship meet with a 76.598. He also nearly earned a top-eight finish on high bar, as he placed ninth with a 13.566 and narrowly missed out on earning an additional All-America accolade.
A two-time College Gymnastics Association (CGA) regular season All-American in all-around (2025, 2026), Tully also earned USA Gymnastics Collegiate All-America honors in all-around each of the last two seasons.
After garnering 2025 ECAC Rookie of the Year distinction, the Lebanon, Tenn., native followed up his tremendous rookie campaign by leading W&M with a team-high four All-ECAC accolades at the 2026 conference championship.
One of the nation's top gymnasts in multiple events throughout his career, Wilkins earned 2026 USA Gymnastics Collegiate All-America honors on high bar and garnered All-ECAC distinction on parallel bars and high bar this season.
As a sophomore in 2025, the Franklin, Tenn., native competed in the finals at the NCAA Championships on floor and parallel bars and nearly earned USA Gymnastics Collegiate All-America honors in both events. Additionally, he was selected as the ECAC Gymnast of the Week three times during his impressive sophomore campaign.
