Baseball Has Five Named to CSC Academic All-District Team

Greenwood, Ind. — Graduate students Ryan Feczko, Derek Holmes, and Ben Parker, senior Nick Lottchea, and sophomore Anthony Greco were named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team, the organization announced Tuesday afternoon.

The 2025 Academic All-District Men's and Women's Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. To be nominated, a student-athlete must be a starter or important reserve with at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) and be at least a sophomore academically and athletically. Each institution is limited to five nominees for baseball.

Ryan Feczko
Major:
Master of Business Administration

Feczko earned a 3.96 cumulative GPA, including a 3.92 GPA for the spring 2025 semester, while pursuing a Master of Business Administration from the Mason School of Business. A CAA Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll selection, he appeared in 18 games on the mound for the Tribe, making 10 starts.

Derek Holmes
Major:
Master of Business Administration

Holmes had a 3.76 GPA in the classroom while earning an MBA. Previously, he has won the William & Mary Provost Award and CAA Academic Honor Roll recognition. He was one of the team's most productive hitters, batting .316 with 13 doubles and 44 RBI in 54 games.

Ben Parker
Major:
Master of Business Administration

Parker earned an MBA while posting a 3.52 cumulative GPA. He has been named a William & Mary Provost Award Winner, a CAA Academic Honor Roll selection, and a W&M Scholar-Athlete of the Year.

The Los Altos, Calif. native put together a historic season on the field, leading the CAA in the regular season in hits (94), batting average (.407), doubles (23), and total bases (158). He slugged 11 home runs and drove in 50 RBI en route to being named the CAA Co-Player of the Year.

Nick Lottchea
Major:
Finance

Lottchea has earned a 3.62 cumulative GPA as a finance major. In his four years at W&M, he has been named to the Dean's List, the Academic All-District Team, and the CAA Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll, along with the William & Mary Provost Award. He led the Tribe in innings pitched with 54.0, going 3-2 in 19 appearances while racking up 44 strikeouts.

This is Lottchea's second straight year on the All-District Team.

Anthony Greco
Major:
Neuroscience

Greco has posted a 3.70 cumulative GPA, including a 3.93 GPA for the spring 2025 semester. He has been named to the CAA Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll three times. This season, Greco drove in four homers and 31 RBI. He led the team with 34 walks, posting a .394 on-base percentage.
