Tribe Falls to Charleston in CAA Tournament Opener

MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C. — William & Mary was shutout in game one of the 2025 CAA Tournament, falling to Charleston 12-0 in seven innings at the Ballpark at Patriots Point on Wednesday afternoon.

The Tribe (21-34) was held to five hits in the loss. Center fielder Ben Parker reached base three times, going 1-for-3 with a walk and hit by pitch.

Charleston (35-20) scored in all but one inning, breaking the game open with five runs in the fourth to go ahead 10-0. The Cougars homered four times in the victory.
