TRIBE NOTES

Last Time Out
The Tribe earned a hard-fought draw on the road Tuesday night against No. 11 North Carolina. Both defenses flexed their muscles in Chapel Hill with the match ending 0-0. The Tribe had their best chance to steal an upset win in the 88th minute when Diogo Branco beat the Tar Heel keeper but rang the right post and the ball stayed out.

Crunch Time
W&M and the Camels are both in need of a victory on Saturday to keep their postseason hopes alive in the CAA. Both squads sit with five points in the conference table, three points behind Delaware and Charleston who currently hold the last spots in the six-team conference tournament.

No Winner, No Loser
Tuesday's tie at UNC gave the Tribe their fifth draw on the season, tying for the second most draws in program history. Last year's squad had the most draws ever by a Tribe team with six. The 2017 and 2005 teams each had five draws themselves.

Dynamic Duo
The underclassmen pair of Lucas Caldas and Aidan Morrison have combined for a little less than half of the Tribe's 45 points on the season. Caldas leads the Green and Gold in goals with five to go with an assist, while Morrison is tied for the team lead in helpers (four), to go along with his two goals.

Series History
The Tribe and Camels will be getting together for the sixth time in their history on Saturday night, with the Tribe winning the previous five meetings. The last time the two met was in 2017 when W&M earned a 2-0 victory at Martin Family Stadium. This will be the first meeting between the two since Campbell recently joined the CAA.

Scouting the Camels
Campbell's lone CAA win came at home against Northeastern on Sept. 30. They are coming off a 3-2 loss on Saturday at Elon. Both of the Camels' wins come at home this season, owning a 2-1-3 record in Buies Creek, while going 0-4-1 this year on the road. They, like the Tribe need to make up ground in the CAA standings to make the postseason.
