DANBURY, Conn. – After an outstanding performance at the Ohio State tri-meet on Saturday, William & Mary standout men's gymnast Sam Lee was selected as the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Specialist of the Week.
 
Lee posted the Tribe's top score in three events, with his best effort coming on high bar where he tied for fourth among all competitors with a season-high 12.5.
 
The Superior, Colo., native also recorded W&M's top score on vault (13.7) and parallel bars (12.8), as his total ranked fifth at the meet in the latter event.
 
W&M will return to action when it hosts Springfield at Kaplan Arena on Friday at 7 p.m. The meet will be part of a double dual with the Tribe women's team, which will host West Chester.
