WILLIAMSBURG, Va. – William & Mary men's tennis continued its winning ways with its third-straight triumph, 5-2, over in-state foe Radford on Sunday afternoon at the McCormack-Nagelsen Tennis Center. The Tribe (3-3) swept doubles for the third match in a row, before winning four of the six singles matches in straight sets.
 
Graduate student Harrison Brown and junior George Davis jumped started the Tribe in doubles with a 6-2 win over Andres Silva and Demis Taramonlis at the top spot. Brown and Davis upped their season mark to 9-4.
 
Graduate student Chen Ruo and senior Joseph Brailovsky clinched the doubles point with their fourth-straight win at No. 2, dispatching of Guilherme Severin and Konstantinos Raptis. Ruo and Brailovsky are 10-2 as a pair this season.
 
Graduate student Finbar Talcott and senior Daniel Pellerito rounded out the doubles sweep with their sixth victory of the year at No. 3.
 
In singles, graduate student Sebastian Quiros and senior Jack Kelly notched straight-sets wins at No. 2 and No. 3 to increase the Tribe lead to 3-0. Quiros won his third in a row and seventh overall, while Kelly won his second straight.
 
After Radford posted its first win of the day at No. 4, Pellerito clinched the Tribe triumph with a win at No. 6. He dominated the opening set, 6-1, before topping Robert Hagen, 7-6 (3), in the second for his seventh win of the year.
 
Playing at the top spot for the first time this season, Brown provided the final margin with a straight-sets win. He improved to 10-3 on the year, upending Taramonlis, 7-5, 7-6 (7).
