WILLIAMSBURG, Va. — William & Mary men's soccer returns to the friendly confines of Martin Family Stadium at Albert-Daly Field for its first of two home matches to wrap up the regular season this week. The Tribe hosts Atlantic Coast Conference foe North Carolina on Tuesday evening at 6 p.m. The match will be streamed on FloFC.
The Tribe (4-5-6, 2-3-3 CAA)
suffered a difficult 2-1 setback at Northeastern on Saturday. W&M led 1-0 after an
Alexander Levengood goal in the 12th minute, but the Huskies scored twice in the final 10 minutes, including the game-winner with just 2.6 seconds remaining.
For the third-straight week, the Tribe faces an ACC foe on a Tuesday. W&M
upset No. 10 Wake Forest, 2-1, in Williamsburg on Oct. 11, before suffering a
2-1 loss at NC State on a goal with three minutes remaining last week. The Green and Gold owns eight wins over the ACC in the last 13 years.
