DANBURY, Conn. – William & Mary standout sophomore
Aidan Cuy was
selected as the Eastern College Athletic Conference Men's Gymnast of the Week after posting an impressive performance in the Tribe's virtual meet against Air Force.
Cuy led W&M in all-around with career-high 75.9, while he contributed scores to four of the Tribe's event team totals.
Cuy currently ranks third in the ECAC and 20th nationally in all-around with a National Qualifying Average of 75.633.
This week's honor marks the third time this season that a W&M gymnast has earned the ECAC's top weekly award, as
Andrew Lyubovsky and
Ian Creelman also garnered the distinction this year.
W&M will return to action when it competes at the ECAC Championship hosted by Army this Saturday at 2 p.m.
